Reliance Communications — Without information rent changes in bill | |||
We had two more connection of Reliance. [protected] and [protected] which having no any network in month of june and july. It is very difficult for our connectivity. Now bill was dispatched new rental rate change 900 to 1100. it is cannot informed us by any mail or call. How company change rental plan without our confirmation. secondly in old plan data usages is unlimited now it is limited up to 5 gb. If we are contracted by last 4 years with same plan unlimited. How can company change this way and generate new bills. we collect 500 customer of Reliance for this cheating bills. we file petion in consumer forum. We had losses our business due to non connectivity. We visited your web word but they are unable to solve our problem. we can go to Consumer Court forum. No any reply from any of Reliance.
