Reliance Communications — Wrong bill Amount | |||
Dear Sir, As I was used Mobile No- [protected] and I regularly pay the bill at time, but on the month of November I requested your customer care executive to disconnect my mobile number but he suggested me Rs 99 rental plan having number of facilities and data of 500 MB. But after using of data charge of Rs 442 is added on my bill of December 2016 due to these reason my bill is imbalance I used to talk various time to your customer care executive but no one is interested in my problem. So I am totally disappointed and not used this SIM card any more. But reliance company used to send me bill in the month of February 2017/April 2017 adding late fine. your company also send me demand notice on mail when I replied this mail no one responded me back. Your company also message me on my alternate number regarding pending payment and there they mention the no of Rakesh - [protected] he is also not interested in picking up my call. On 14/04/2017 Friday somebody call me and called that there is charged a case against me in tishhazari court Delhi. I have also called customer care executive on 14/04/2017 but they also not helped me. Due to all these mention issue I am mentally tortured by your company . please Take necessary step to resolve my problem Was this information helpful? | |||
