[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrong deduction of balance | |||||
With reference to service request no.[protected] registered on 13th November 2016 regarding less validity given to me as a result my Balance has exhausted very fast. It was totally a wrong deduction, so I registered the complain on the same date i. E. 13.11.2016. My tariff Was 30p/min but due to less validity given i was charged 1.2p/sec. I Have following complaint to escalate:- 1-i talked to your sr. Customer care officer regarding this, he told Me one validity is granted you would be given refund on your balance. But after resolution i didn't get any refund. 2- when i got your resolution message on[protected], i talked to your Sr. Executive officer raju jha. He didn't refund my money as told Earlier by your officer. When i argued for consumer right & told it Was totally wrong deduction as you gave me less validity that is why My balance exhausted very fast. I also remind about commitment of your Previous officer. He told he was not able to view 3 days back Transaction so my balance can't be refund. He also showed me path for Mnp (Mobile number portability). I simply asked in this circumstances who is responsible, why customer Is being made scapegoat. I recharged rs. 99 on 12-11-16 & exhausted on 13-11-16 due to reliance fault not customer fault. They also admit it But not refunding my money.
