Reliance Communications — Wrong details in RCOM PF account

My self is Naveen Kumar Tiwari, have worked with RCOM from Dec'13 to Dec'14. My PF number is "MH/46459/20050763 and previous UAN is[protected]. i am trying to withdraw amount from my current UAN but not able to do the same as error is coming that your bank account is linked with the UAN[protected], if its your pl correct the same as this UAN[protected] is not active and i am not able to active the same as message is popping " contact your employer to correct your information"

I am trying to contact to RCOM HR but not able to do the same. please help me to connect with RCOM HR to slove the issues.
