Reliance Communications — wrong payment

My airtel postpaid number bill is wrongly processed by relaince payment gateway and successfully processed on 15 january, 2018.

The said amount is debited, i tried calling your customer care but no response.

The transaction bill is attached for your information.

Please revert me soon n refund the amount.

my reliance prepaid no is [protected]. belong to karnataka state ( bangalore city).

last 3 week, even signal strength is not there.i am not getting any message.

kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
