Reliance Courier — parcel delay

I send my parsal from relaince courier ratlam18/09/2019 ratlam to bhind and still my parsal not recived to bhind. And no any update of parsal i have. I m 3 to 4 time go to reliance courier but they also not help they still say the parsal reached today. So please deliverd my parsal as soon as poosible. No:[protected]. Please do as soon as poosible
