[Resolved] Reliance Digital — ac complaint not accepted due to mistake by customer service guys | |||
I have purchases a samsung a/c on april 4, 2018, and on march 25 it has some issue. As i was not able to find the original copy of my bill, i called service center and requested them for a copy of bill on march 28, i have asked them that i am having an issue with my a/c and as they have details of bill can i raise a complaint. But she asked me to wait until they provide me the copy of the bill. I called them continuously almost daily but everyone asked me to wait for the bill, and on april 4 a customer service guy said that a bill is not necessary for a complaint and when i asked him to raise a complaint he said that the warranty period has expired just a day back. I explained him the whole case that it was a mistake of wrong information provided by the customer care guys he said that he will be asking concerned team for a call back. After multiple calls for several days they said they will raise a complaint and try to make it a free service. But when i tried contacting the customer service people they said that they are not aware of any such free service and it is chargeable. As i am fed up with the calls for more than 18 days i asked them to come for a visit for repairing my a/c. - attaching call recordings - bill copy Not able to attach call recording as the format is not supported for uploading, can email you guys if required. I taken home theater rt40 on last Wednesday till now not installed and they told me free installation and now they asking me to pay the amount no proper service from store people and feed up with doing calls to store daily I need action very soon and reply to my number [protected] /[protected]
