Hi,
We bought Lloyd AC on 9.4.2022
It got delivered on 13th and was installed on 14th, but due to problems in installation, the AC is not working. The installation mechanic could not do the job properly and ended up installing it incorrectly, damaging a few parts inside.
I have been in contact with your customer service but unfortunately there is not much progress in dealing with the complaint. We followed up with constant phone calls and pictures have been taken to show the damage according to the store but nothing happened. We had spent considerable amount of time and money on this and we need immediate action on this.
I have spent Rs40, 000+ on a product from your store which doesn’t work and I am having a nightmare with customer service.
I need an immediate action on this issue please.
