Despite reaching out to reliance digital team regarding a refund, my concern has yet to be resolved. I also have noticed fraudulent activity taking place at your store, as evidenced by the discrepancy on my bill. I made a payment in cash, yet it incorrectly states that I paid by card. It has come to my attention that this practice is being used to provide customers with discounts on their cards while taking the full payment in cash.
