[Resolved] Reliance Digital — added extra charges | |||
I bought lenovo ideapad s340 laptop today from reliance digital bathinda. When i asked for the cost of laptop agent their told me i have to pay 47200 rupees for laptop and i shall get 1 year insurance plus 1 year extended warranty. During billing they told me i have to pay 500 rupees extra for recovery disk preparation also i have to buy one pendrive for recovery file, which i refused as i told i can prepare recovery by myself. But they have added 500 extra as cost of recovery disc which they did not provide me when i inquired for disc they told i have to take one 16gb pendrive and give my laptop to them for 3hrs. If i want recovery drive. I had already cleared them i can prepare recovery drive by myself but they have taken 500 rupees for their it team which was not clarified by them during bill. I fill like cheated they can tell the price of laptop by adding this 500 rupees intially why to add extra money after customer agreed to buy any good this type of thing also happened to me last time when i bought sony bravia tv from their.
