Reliance Digital — after sales service samsung refrigerator | |||
I bought Samsung 321 liter refrigerator from Rel Digital but after sales service was poor. Inspire of putting request for demo through customer care call, it took four days after delivery. I understand that due to festive season it can't be done immediately but after calling four times it was not planned professionally. I had to keep waiting all through the day to get confirmation. Service engineer is giving call when we are out of house and when ask service engineer to tell when he would come his response was unprofessional, need to groom them to be polite and we'll organized.
