[Resolved] Reliance Digital — air conditioner delivery and installation issue

I had purchased r-connect 1.5 ton air conditioner on 25.5.2018 from
Reliance digital - iscon mall ahmedabad. At the time of purchase csa commit to get delivery before or on friday date 01.06.2018. Today i had called to store to inquire the status of delivery i got the reply will check and get back after the wait of 1.5 hour again i had called then i waited for 10 mins to know the status, after this i came to know that delivery is not fix for next week time. I insisted to talk with store manager regarding the issue. After the discussion to came to know he is also help less. He can not ensure the delivery date. Is it right service??
1) reliance can't do committed business. Its dealing with wrong commitment and fake promise, at the time of purchase they are making fake commitment and after ward they are not bother about delivery, installation and when you call they are saying stories.
2) store manages is also not committing the delivery date even after week time and he is not sure when i can get the delivery. He is just talking like a csa. He is telling me that u can cancel your order. If i have to cancel my order than why should i pay and wait for 5-6 days and calling 2-3 times in a day at store to know the status.
3) even after mailing on companies website's mail address not getting solutions.
