Reliance Digital — air conditioner under reliance warranty - spoiled my entire ac

I have given a complaint regarding my air conditioner defective piece . Technician has been came and he has broken my ac input unit and spoiled my entire Air conditioner circuit board, fan each and every thing when i asked why you have spoiled my entire Air conditioner he was replying in an harsh manner and i asked him to connect to his manager the manager was talking such a bad language to my mother no respect at all such a pathetic service never expected. This is the way you treat a customer i have each and every thing video footage of your reliance technician spoiling my ac . I will definitely file a case in consumer court if you dont do repair my ac . I want technician from hitachi only not from reliance

How can you close my complaint without my intimation . 13 days has passed till now you havent changed my front part . such a reckless service . How can you close my complaint???? WHO WILL CHANGE MY FRONT PART ???? WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS . I have given a complaint on 21st and you have closed my complaint. In visakhapatnam the service was really bad
How many days I have to wait such a reckless service .

Complaint raised on 25th september but till the date no service provide from any one instead of several time request.

Purchased one lg 28 ltr microwave from reliance digital on 06 oct 2019. Promised to install on 10 Oct 19 but till date no body has come to install or demo it.
