Good day. Myself sameer chavan. I had purchased samsung a. C from your belapur store on 03.12.2018. And it is delivered on 04.12.2018. Unfortunately the unit is not arrived in sealed conditions and had scratches on indoor unit. The service engineer had fitted the unit today itself. And confirms the box comes like this condition always to my wife as i was at office. After arriving in evening i noticed the poor condition of outdoor unit and scratched on indoor unit.
