Hi team, I got a call from your team and said they will call me again. I have not received any call again. No one is trying to resolve it. This is very rediculous. I purchased the tv on jan 13 at around 10pm and people from store call me and say offer is applicable after 10pm not at the time of my purchase. This is not a valid explanation and not acceptable. Next level of mine is... Jn road store in rajahmundry gives the product free and why this store charged me? Return the amount before i escalate to higher level.
