Reliance Digital — bad hospitality... very casual attitude of staff v3s mall east delhi store

During diwali festival scheme, my friend wanted to purchase a smart tv for himself, after he told me the same, i specially recommend him to buy it from relaince digital, as i was also buying a whirlpool top load washing for myself from reliance digital store, located at v3s mall east delhi.

I started my conversation with a representative name vishal, after speaking to my friend on phone, i specifically told the price which we have already been quoted from somewhere else.

No doubt that the price which was quoted to me by your representative was 1k less then the price which my friend got, but my friend said that he don’t want to come too far for this difference only.
But as i was told that due to festival scheme on every purchase there is a assured gift.

“now come the main issue, on one side i was purchasing washing machine worth rs. 15500, i some how managed to get a steam iron as a gift, so i told this guys vishal that what is the gift we gonna get if we are purchasing smart tv worth rs. 60000.”

They told me that there is some crockery set as a gift, i clearly asked them that what kind of crockery set it is, is it bone china or melamine or any other stuff like that, and i also mentioned that i can’t convenience my friend to come all the way from mukerjee nagar to v3s just for a melanine set. He said that don’t worry we ll give you the best out of stock.

All this happened on the first day, so i called my friend the next day, we were a little late but we still managed to reach,
After reaching on 5th nov we both started the billing procedure i was told that for me they drafted a mail, but timing for the same is over so i had to come back again in the morning.
On the other hand my friend card was swiped for the tv billing, infact the card was swiped wrongly for 60000 without the cash back written on slip, fortunately my friend had a card with good limit, so his card was swiped twice for the same amount and we were told that amount will be reversed later.
During all this was happening we met a senior representative naming mr tarun kumar, in very good and gentle manner i told him that sir please look into the matter of diwali gift and please provide us with a good gift,
Infact there i started saying this that as a gesture infact i should also get a gift for making my friend buy from reliance digital as referral.
On the very same day we also puchased a
I phone xr mobile as well on cash down payment, then i again reminded to mr tarun to give us two gift and good one.
He said sir today we don’t have anything with us in stock, but don’t i will make sure that we will get good gifts. We even didn’t get the jio wifi dongle
On next day i. E 6th november i came for the billing of my washing machine and i asked for our gifts, they said still they don’t have stock will take time, no jio dongle also.

On 7th november my friend aditya came to the store cause when he got the tv delivered at home there was some problem with the installation as well, no dongle and no gift on that day also.
My friend also reminded mr tarun that make sure we get two gifts for both o[censored]s and that too good one.
After four days on 11th november i went to your store taking another problem of mine in hand that washing machine for which the bill was generated on 6th i was promised that the machine will be delivered on 8th, but till 11th it was not delivered.
Finally on 11th i got the jio dongle, thank god, but there comes the best topping of all i asked for the gifts, so this guy vishal come with a single crockery set, and that was of melanine, i simply said that i told you on the very first day that we don’t use melanine, i told them i am not gonna accept
This gift and also i was promised for two from your manager.
But your staff was not even reciprocative, even after saying this that i will mail to the higher management, these guys didn’t even had any courtesy to solve the matter there and then is call manager to get it solved. I also said that your manager told me that he will get us something different, but dumb response from the staff.

So finally i said that i m not taking this gift please mark it on my bill for the same, and they did that without any regret feelings in their heart.
I left.
Above mentioned is the wholesome experience of me as a customer, who bought four things from your store and in return what i get is a careless and hospitality less attitude of you staff.

No one is greedy of gifts but of course after so much rounds and efforts everyone looks for an extra reward that too it’s festival and scheme going season.

All i can say right now is, after reading this entire episode of such a bad experience of me as a consumer, i would love to have that feel of hospitality from the higher management and i am sure they will satisfy our demand by providing us, me and aditya my friend with best suited gifts.

One last thing to add on, still today on 13th november, washing machine is till undelivered.
