[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Cash back offer on my purchase of samsung j2pro was not given to me as there was mistake in the showrooms swiping machine | |||
On 13/6/2017 at 8.30pm i called reliance digital jp nagar and enquired about cash back offer of 5per cent on purchase of samsung j2pro with hdfc card with branch manager mr. Anand he confirmed with me the offer is still there and tld me to visit the store so immediately i drove half an hour from my place to the store and reached by 9.15 when i purchased the mobile and forwarded towards billing there was problem in the machine and he confirmed the problem by using his personal card. So he told me i have to pay the full amount and would not get cash back offer of 5per cent. So i had a very very bad experience. I am a member of reliance digital n this was the worst experience.
