Reliance Digital — Claim Rejected

I raised a claim request on 3rd Oct about my phone and when I called customer care, they informed me that my claim was declined due to delay in forming.

When the incident happened that time, I could not make out that the screen was slightly damaged and when I noticed I called customer care to claim and they sent sms to record complaint on chatbot. I tried multiple times but there was an issue in your chatbot and at the end was giving a message that "there is some issue, please try later or call customer care". Delay in registering happens due to this also.

I tried to explain the same to customer care people and through mail also but denied to process.

I am getting continuous SMS's for service fee of Rs. 999/- for getting claim processed. Before paying I thought to clarify from customer care, whether I should pay or not. They say don't pay, it is an automated SMS and doesn't check whether claim is approved or rejected.

I really feel cheated by Reliance. If you can, please help and it sorted.
