Reliance Digital — Complaining about customer service

We paid for a ac from reliance digital store, central mall, guwahati yesterday and they promised to deliver the product today but they are saying that the product we paid for isn't available. The inconvenience cost my time and I feel being played with my preferences of choice by the store management. And at least trained them for saying "sorry for the inconvenience".
