Yesterday I placed an online order for a Mobile Phone (Redmi Note 11T 5G 128 GB, 6 GB RAM, Stardust White).
I only placed the order with the condition of INSTA delivery within 3 hours but I haven't received my product yet. Also I am not able to cancel the order online or with the help of customer care.
Neither I have tracking details for the product nor the customer care support team. I don't know whom I should approach for my product.
This is really very disappointing with such kind of services with Reliance Digital.
