[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — complaint no:[protected]-resq plan no.44125

I had bought a micromax40 inch led tv from reliance digital with reliance resq 3 years extended warranty. A biggest mistake that i had ever made. There was a display issue complaint raised on 24.03.2018. The reply from technician was that the part is not available and we will refund the tv insurance amount back. But till now i have not recieved the refund. Very poor service and response from reliance. I will have to raise a complaint in consumer court if the issue is not solved within 24 hrs.
