Reliance Digital — complaint not rectified after 25 days and two calls from ceo escalation team.

(A) 15 jul 19 - complaint lodged service request 21992328.
(B) 15 jul 19 - sms indicating that service request 21992328 has been completed without any action.
(C) 15 jul 19 - fresh service request lodged [protected].
(D) 16 jul 19 - message from reliance resq stating complaint assigned to technician who will attend to it on 15 jul 19 (One day prior to receipt of message).
(E) 16 jul 19 - ac mech name unknown mobile no [protected] contacted us pics of ac remote and ac bar code which was sent to him immediately.
(F) 19 jul 19 - enquired from ac technician on whatsapp. Technician stated that complaint is in pending and will take four (04) days more. No action till 29 jul 19.
(G) 29 jul 19 - on enquiry with customer care sms stating regrets of delay, concern logged with us.
(H) 30 jul 19 - sms indicating that service request [protected] has been completed without any action.
(I) 30 jul 19 - on enquiry with custome care, mr arbaz expressed regrets and allotted fresh service request no [protected] & [protected].
(J) 30 jul 19 - sms expressing regrets in delay of repairs.
(K) 30 jul 19 - mail sent to all concerned by me expressing anguish on delay in repairs.
(L) 30 jul 19 - reply from mr vikramjeet anand, ceo escalation team, reliance digital retail ltd.
(M) 30 jul 19 - phone call from mr vikramjeet assuring things would be rectified by 02 aug 19.
(N) 02 aug 19 - sms stating that service request [protected] has been assigned to technician who will attend on 30 jul 19 (Backdate). Sms stating that service request [protected] has been assigned to technician who will attend on 30 jul 19 (Backdate).
(O) 05 aug 19 - no (No) action by anyone. No intimation of action.
(P) 06 aug 19 - spoke to mr lalit kiran of customer escalation team, he promised a call back within 1 hr. Received an sms stating concern is being addressed on priority with a fresh no [protected].
(Q) 06 aug 19- phone call from mr vikramjeet assuring things would be rectified by 08 aug 19.
(R) 10 aug 19 – no (No) action by anyone. No intimation of action.
(S) 10 aug 19 - spoke to customer sevice centre, again only apologies. Call transferred to mr lalit kiran, again, concerned person will call up after 1 hr. Pathetic response by mr lalit kiran.
[Aug 10, 2019] Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
