Sir/ madam I purchased sony klv 32r202f from reliance retail delhi. I was quite disappointed to see defect in a new product. The screen showed vertical lines on the right side from the very first day. I am doubtful about its future performance, so kindly look into the matter. I wish it to be replaced as soon as possible as i was not satisfied with this. For your reference i am attaching the warranty card and bill invoice copy please find them.
