Respected sir, I have purchased an ac form reliance digital. Model was ar18nv3hrtrn. When ac was installing it was found that outdoor unit was different from the model i purchased. The model no of outdoor unit was ar12nv3hdtsx. However it was packed in outer box which mentioned model no ar18nv3hrtrn inside. I informed store but their response in not satisfactory.
