[Resolved] Reliance Digital — defective Iphone 6 | |||||
I purchased a iphone-6 on 19/07/2017 (Cin no: u01100mh1999plc120563) from #605, 18th main road, ideal homes, rajarajeshwari nagar bangalore-560098. On the same day when the reliance executive was creating a apple id it was over heating? When we question the same he said it is because lot apps will be running in background. So we accepted the same and we took it. When we checked with our wifi in the eve it was not so fast. Then we took the same complaint again on 20/07/2017. He said no problem may be your wifi problem please do reset once again as iphone will not accept ip address automatically. We accepted the same and we came back. But on third day the phone was getting overheated and battery was draining fast. So we asked him to replace the phone. But know he says the iphone 6 has liquid traces and he cant change.
