Reliance Digital — Defective item received and replacement not done | |||
Dear Team, I am really disappointed with my first experience with Reliance digital due to below concern of my order: 1. Item is defective from inside and not in working condition it means dispatched without proper checked of item. 2. Replacement item is not yet dispatched however replacement is confirmed. 3. Defective item is not yet pick-up by your courier partner however I have received message on 18/05/2021 and on 20/05/2021 & 21/05/2021 for pick-up. 4. This is looks like you are not putting trust on your customer as the condition to dispatched the replacement item after pick-up of defective one which is getting delayed from your side is not appreciable. 5. It seems your are enjoying customer money as your working capital. 6. I have marked so many mails but no response either on mail or on phone for my problem. 7. Today on 24th May 2021 my replacement order is also showing in cancel status with out confirmation from customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
