[Resolved] Reliance Digital — defective, replacement not available, no refund provided | |||||
I bought reliance machine rhswg 8001 on 5th nov and product got delivered in a couple days. On checking the machine it was defective and i raised a complaint immediately on 9th nov 2018. Twice i had visits from reliance and finally they agreed for replacement on 12th. After multiple followups, i got a call from reliance that product is not available locally so i need to wait for another 7-10 business days for the replacement to be delivered. I followed up and everytime they have a different reason for delay. Sometime its a meeting to decide whats causing the delay. Today on 1st december, i was informed due to it related issue, replacement could not be sent. I have never seen such a fraud company in my entire life. Stay clear from reliance.
