[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — delay in delivery by 5 days after paying up the amount for the tv/false assurances by the team

Dear sir/mam
We have bought sharp 40 inch LED TV on Sunday (9/6/19), where Mr Ramesh assured that the product will be delivered to us by Tuesday. When we contacted them on Tuesday they have just redirected our calls without giving any proper response, Finally at night 10 we got a response that deliver has been delayed and it will be delivered by Wednesday, again on Wednesday same thing happened all over again and they responded to us by telling us that delivery will be done by Thursday morning 100% without any hiccups. NOW THURSDAY HAS BEEN PASSED THERE WAS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER AND THE TEAM NO PROPER ANSWER REGARDING REFUND AND TILL NOW TV HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED .

HOPE YOU WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THEM AND SEE THESE PROBLEMS WONT HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE.

1)Please make sure that the TV will be delivered by at least Saturday morning
I have attached copy of bill which stated that TV will be delivered by Monday

Upon enquiring them now at night they told us now that they dont have the stock.When they have assured that they would deliver the product on time they should do it on time after 4 days they are just telling us that there is no stock.
Why didnt they communicate it within these 4 days. I think they are treating customers like fools and are under the pretense that they could deliver it any time they want to deliver.
Its not about them not delivering the product, but their failure to communicate the reason to us.

I purchased an inverter ac from one of the relaince malls in our city on 15 June, 2018. Last year it was working properly but now it is not working because its PCV has been damaged. Please provide me the solution.
