[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — delay of split ac, damaged the product on demo and still no proper compensation. lack of follow ups, denies what assured, horrible customer service..

We had placed an order for diakin split 1.5 ton invertor ac and sharp 40 inch led in the month of may 18 and they said it would be delivered on 5th june. But we informed that we need we will call and confirm when it needs to be delivered which they agreed.

We also informed them that since we are working to call and come since we may not be able available at home.

I then spoke to a lady called gulshan saying that we want the delivery to happen on 16th june 2018. She said ok. Since they agreed, i considered it would happen. But i was wrong.

I called sanjay who had sold us the products and he said he was on leave. Then i called the kurla phoenix market store and i was connected to sunil. He seemed lost and didnt know anything about the delivery. He said he would check and call back. I called him a couple of times he said he would come back as he had to check. I then called sanjay who said he spoke to sunil and sunil would help. Sunil called saying that there was a system issue and ii would receive the next day. First of all they had no clue that the delivery was suppose to happen on 16th june and secondly after constant follow ups i am told it will happen the next day.

The next day too, 17th june i receive a call from sanjay saying that the ac is defective so we will prepare on bill and when asked for delivery said would check and call back in 5 mins. I was told it would happen on 18th june 2018. That evening at 9pm i got a message from reliance saying that my sharp tv was delivered. I panicked and when i called the driver whose details i had he said it would happen the next day.

On 18th june, the ac came but the sharp tv didnt turn up. Then i get a call saying that they are checking on the system and due to system error will be delivered tomorrow. I was furious. All they say is give me sometime. I will call back which never happens.

I called sanjay on 19th june in the afternoon, asking for the tv as not received, he places me on a long hold and after 40 secs he break out saying why is there so much of problem with the delivery which he agrees. Then ask for more time and will call you back in 10 mins.

In another 10 mins, i get a call from reliance where a lady bluntly tells me the tv will be delivered tomorrow because there is an error on the system. I bluntly told her does error happens 3 times and i dont care. She said ok and hung up.

Also in the meanwhile the new upgraded ac which they sent home, they totally damaged at the time of installation. It just fell from the top.

Next day we went to reliance digital to cancel the booking for the two products. We spoke to tosif the service manager and varunesh tripathi manager who begged and pleased us and apologised for one hour saying give us one chance give us one chance and werent willing to cancel our booking. After one hour of persuading they convinced us to change our mind to give them one last chance to improve their service!!. Which was our biggest mistake!!!.

I told them i dont want the diakin ac so they showed us lyoyd and other brands. So finally we asked for blustar and also for their bad and horrendous service. They said in 3 days we would receive the new bluestar and installation on the same day. I told them we dont want to go for diakin and want bluestar itself. I insisted as pert of compensation give us 3 foot additional copper pipe along with the bluestar ac. Initially he didnt agree but later agreed!!.

I was happy that finally my torture and trauma has come to an end nut i was so wrong.. Next morning tosif calls saying that we cant give bluestar, it has to be diakin only. We insisted bluestar else we will cancel the entire order.

Spoke to varunesh who said mam i need to take approvals for bluestar and will call you in one to two hours. Finally he calls saying i can give the blustar but not the 3 feet additional copper pipe!!!. Also the installation will happen on the same day, but after 3pm. Now he starts putting his demands. This is not what i requested...

We cant wait for the whole day and days together just to get the split ac and tv installed. Please we do not want to deal with them anymore. My request is please cancel the entire order and get my loan amount from bajaj finserve back to my account without further delay.
