[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Delivered faulty price of Samsung LED TV | |||
I bought a 32 inch Samsung LED TV. The delivered product was mishandled at some point of delivery because outside pack was ok but inner packet containing remote and lead wire was damaged. This was detected by their service engineer only. When I asked for replacement, they putting me in infinite inconclusive loop. They are always coming to take snapshots no action to customer satisfaction. I am located in Bhilai and visited Reliance digital in Bhilai where the staff are so unprofessional and inefficient that no one can imagine. I do not know how Reliance is growing their business.
