Reliance Digital — Delivery is delayed for 1 month and not responding | |||
Bought a HP laptop from Reliance Digital online store on June 11th 2020. It got delivered on June 14th 2020 but it was defective. So I approached customer support team and they asked to get DOA letter from HP service center. After getting DOA letter from HP service center, they initiated Replacement for defective laptop. Defective product was picked up from their delivery partner 'Ecom Express' on June 22nd and delivered to Reliance Digital delivery centre on June 26th. But till now my replacement product was not shipped and when tried to contact Reliance support team through both call and email, they are not responding. It's been almost 1 month since I paid for the product but they are cheating me by providing defective product. Original product order ID is RDF03048851 and the replacement product order ID is RDXR[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
