[Resolved] Reliance Digital — delivery of damaged refrigerator twice | |||
We had booked samsung refrigerator of 465 ltr model no. Rt47m623esl. My urgent requirement was communicated to your stores team It was delivered on 20 nov 17 however it was damaged at the leg (Bend leg) with dent marks. The same was noticed and reported by your service engineer. Your stores haven not taken back the defective /damaged piece till today It took long 8 days to deliver the replacement and the same was delivered on 27th nov 17. Again another defective and damaged piece. I regret to mention apathy lethargy and casual approach of your team while saying that the new replacement will take yet another 7 days. You are requested to deliver the quality product immediately and clear the damaged pieces by tommorow as it is occupying lot of space. This is second time i have been cheated as last time payment was taken for fresh piece 1.5 t ac of hitachi make and delivered display piece It is highly unethical behavior from your company. Reliance digital - saravanan - CSE attended concern. Escalated to rescue team head Mr. Suresh - Senior Technician(calls not resoonded). The problem not resolved. Take back product for a new replacement.
