Reliance Digital — didn't receive cash back

I had purchased a lenovo y540 legion series laptop back on 2 November 2019 from reliance digital and it came with 5000 rupees cash back as I had used hdfc card and there was a offer running on the same. But it had been more than 3 months and I haven't receive the cash back. I was suppose to receive it within 90 days of purchase.
