[Resolved] Reliance Digital — dishonour of "your resq plan. | |||
I purchased a kent ro water purifier from reliance digital, b. T. Road, kolkata on 03/01/2017. My resq plan serial no. Is 643162. Rcp period starts from 03/01/2018 & end date 02/01/2020 I have registered a complain to repair my kent ro on 13/11/208. For the last 18 days customer care is playing a dirty game with me. The email & messages sent by customer care is sufficient proof to prove my point. All messages & emails sent to e in this regard will be furnished if you ask for it. Today i received a message stating that the kent ro engineer would come on 29/09/2018 to repair the water filter. Few days back another message states that the water filter have already been serviced to the satisfaction of the consumer. However, the fact is that no engineer/service person neither contacted me nor came to my place to repair the kent ro water purifier. Kindly arrange to repair my costly kent product without delay.
