[Resolved] Reliance Digital — emergency service not being provided | |||||
I had purchased a Kent RO, Model "Grand" from Reliance Digital Asansol on 25.03.17. As suggested by their sales, I had opted for a 3 year term "resQ" plan. After 6 months, I had requested for a scheduled check but it was not attended. No scheduled maintenance or routine check is done till date. It has been a year since the purchase. Finally my machine broke down on 17th March. I had informed reliance digital, Asansol about the same and also written numerious mails to resq customer care. But after 15 days of delay resq service personnel visited for maintenance, they only cleaned the filters with plain water, made me purchase another filter kit worth 1k. But soon after they left the machine again stopped working. Call no. [protected] dated 19.03.18. Present status - RO is still dysfunctional Please treat this as an emergency. Dipankar Pradhan mob.
