Reliance Digital — error 400 from last month

Relaince digital tv smart card number[protected]
Address 25a/b, panchshilnagar ahmednagar 414001.

Since last 3 months, repeatedly facing error 400. Before that few channels were visible. Customer care number is just for formality and no customer support is answering the call. I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service.
