Reliance Digital — False commitment regarding installation of ac

I purchased ac from reliance digital showroom banjara hills hyderabad[protected]. They gave me commitment of installion on 24-5-20, if i get that order picked by me from there where house which is more than 40kms. I went and picked the product by my self. Its been 3 days now, no one has turned to my place for installation. Please do the needful at earliest. Iam very disappointed with the service.
