[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Faulty hp printer sold to me and no replacement so far | |||||
Hi, Purchased a hp tank printer costing rs. 13700 from reliance digital pheonix market city bangalore on 11th jun 2017 which had major technical problem and returned the same to store after receiving doa from hp stating it cannot be repaired and to replace. But till to day reliance snot received any positive response from the store and they are playing around with my money. Today i have requested for the refund but did not hear anything so far. This is really disgusting after shelling out so much money i am not getting proper service or money back. I am planning to go to consumer court if not received any update soon.
