[Resolved] Reliance Digital — hitachi double door refrigerator | |||
I had purchased a hitachi double door refrigerator with extended warranty (Attached below is the bill copy for bill number and other details). However, recently the refrigerators doors do not close properly so i contacted the reliance digital call centre and logged the online complaint on january, 2019. The service guys then visited and checked the refrigerator but he never showed up to my place to replace the faulty parts for reasons best known to him. It has been 34 days but nobody cares to reply or contact me about the quality of the service provided or if the service guy showed up to my place or not. This is pathetic service from reliance as well as from hitachi. Requesting you to please look into the matter and send the service engineers right away with replacement parts.
