Reliance Digital — I am complaining about late delivery of a washing machine

I have purchased a washing machine from reliance digital showroom at phoniex mall bareilly approximately 20 days ago. It was samsung company 6.5 kg washing machine. It got delivered damaged product by them after getting checked by their technician. He reported all the information. But not getting any satisfactory solution i visited there. When i got know that it a time consuming process. Then just i replaced it by a 6.5 kg lg washing machine. They assured to deliver it on wednesday (19/2/2020). It is still not delivered. I contact them many times but not yet got any solution. They mishaved on phone call by not giving any solution of my problem. I am very annoyed to this.

Reliance digital stop has delivered the damaged product to my home.
first day it was working for 2 mins and second day LED is broken - No damage made on outside. I have raise the complaint with Reliance Store but they not responding properly. I have do the payment for damaged TV
