We have purchased a dish washer from your puttur (D. K.) outlet on[protected] in the name of subhash s nayak. Foam and water particles used to remain on the utensils after the wash cycle. With the direction of ifb technician we have tried the wash with many permutation & combination. Complaint continued. Hence replaced the machine. The 2nd machine had dent and it is also replaced with the third machine.
In the 3rd machine the upper blade was fallen down after the first wash and later it was rectified. But the complaint about depositing foam and water particles continued with the 3rd machine.
We feel that the technicians unable to identify the problem. Henceforth we will not allow any technician to visit my house. Because till now there were more than 12 visits. We urge you to refund the amount or else permit us to go for another model.
There is no proper response from ifb in the matter. If you do not respond within 24 hours the matter will be taken to the appropriate forum. Was this information helpful? |
