[Resolved] Reliance Digital — I'm complaining about extended warranty | |||
I've been facing problem with my two and half year old sony bravia tv which i bought in reliance degital at chennai, (Ambattur branch) with extended warranty. Now i requested for the service and been waiting nearly for a month, there is no proper response. I've visited the store for 4 to 5 times, then i got a call from sony and they visited door step and spotted the problem. They've said there is a display error some board has to be changed this can be covered under your extended warranty. I got a email from them and i've submitted that to reliance for further steps.
