[Resolved] Reliance Digital — insured and suffering to get my mobile repair | |||
HI, I have taken insurance for my brand new mobile mi y1 from reliance digital located at dilsuknagar hyderabad branch . when purchasing if damage happend reliance digital will take care of repair unlike other they said now they said to subimit a form and u will get 2 forms i did the same but it is first i have to pay then claim happens but WHILE INSURING THEY SAID IT IS LIKE GIVE DAMAGED MOBILE AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE AND IT IS GOING ON SINCE 5 DAYS AND MANAGER IS THE one WHO WANT THROW ON OTHERS SHOLDER IS THIS THE TRUST RIL GIVES TO CUSTOMERS.
