[Resolved] Reliance Digital — internet speed problem | |||
Dear sir/mam I have two jiofi-3 devices of the same kind. But in one i have good speed but in another one less speed. When i went to reliance wireless router network login site to check network status. There were some differences in operating band, band width. For this, i contacted customer care many times. But they were not helpful. They did not register my complaint. Only i need is a technical help. But jio care was not able to provide more effectively. Myself went to reliance store in mohan nagar durg on 20 july 2017 asked to restart my old reliabce number. they said will call you back you can go now, now it is second day 21 july 2017 i called them today in morning they again said will call you . now i am calling them but they are not picking up the phone.
