[Resolved] Reliance Digital — issue with refrigerator | |||
I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator in feb'18 and since that time, i have been facing an issue with it. I register compliant in reliance digital 3-4 times but nothing has happened. Two times, they visited my home and tried to resolve but it is still the same issue. The issue is - the freezer doesn't work properly. Whenever we keep ice-cream, it melts down. Even after keeping for 4-5 days. I called them few days before for the same issue, they said you need to reach out to whirlpool for this issue. I am now feeling unhappy with my decision in buying refrigerator from reliance. Please help me in getting my refrigerator changed. Was this information helpful? | |||
