[Resolved] Reliance Digital — issue with support on aquaguard water purifier | |||
Hi, I purchased aquagurd superb water purified with (1+4) years extended warranty. Extended warranty contract number is [protected], which is purchased for product Aquaguard water purifier superb ro+uv+uf, model number aquaguard water puri on 11.11.2017. It just worked one day. 1. Not very sure what is the problem. 2. Installation also faced issue, where i need to call multiple times. That person is not skilled, somehow he installed. It went bad in one day. 3. I created support case and called customer care multiple times. Didnot get any info or resolution yet. 4. Every time i call, they say they will get back to me but that never happened?
