[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Issue with Ticket no=[protected] delay or poor services from reliance team for my NEW Split AC

Address:French Apartment 1004 Near sky garden behind Town Central mall.

Hi Team,

I bought new 1 Split TON Inverter AC on 27th Feb 2022 in Noida sector 18 GIP mall,

1) After 15 day delay installations from your side due to your site engineer said without Inverter wrong AC delivered to your home than again your team checked & confirm its ok,
2) its our engineer fault correct split invertor AC deliver to you we will installations asap.

2) in Jun 8th 2022 again im facing suddenly my AC not cooling & i raised ticket [protected] with so many follow-up & send mail your team BM CEO desk or call customer care than your team try to fill Gas,
3) After 1 week same issues start again my same AC not colling, same ticket raised but no one attend my complaints even your services engineer said

Than i called to your local noida customer care from Mr AMAN-[protected]

He said parts is approval is done will rectify soon.

i think on one sync each together i also raised complaints to customer grievance let me what update there end.

We need to time line when my issues is resolved????
or you can replace my faulty AC asap.

Because i already suffered last five month in this summer for your poor services,
even no one called my for update daily basis im totally 15 to 20 dialed follow-up calls your customer care -18000xxxx or local noida customer care.
