Dear sir / madam, My self linus pravasi gandhinagar, i am using big tv from last 10 years. My details are as bellow. Smart card no :[protected]. From last 2 week the channels are shutdown and i am not able to see the programs. I had called to big tv customer care and logged the complaint. But the customer care team closed the complaint with out attend the problem. Till the time your are not attend the complaint. I am not paying the current month rental. Hy this arun from ongole I dont no why they had shop my channels (Gemini and etv) our call also not reaching to u call will ending without saying my problem so check my problem once From one month we are not getting this channels. I hope you will check my problem. project as soon as possible. Thank you
