I have pirchased a product in the beginning of the month from kolkata park street, park mansion branch worth 48k approx. Same was delivered during my home painting and was insisted and forcibly seen by reliance executives named mrinmoy and another in the middle of the hole paint and was packed and again kept as i had no place to do a stand mount. The concerned executive left me his number and told me to contact directly in next 3 months it will be a free setup. After my wall paint was done i contacted him back and he told me to lodge a ticket online and if it is assigned to him he will come. He also instructed me to lodge a false ticket stating that my tv was already fixed and i needed wall mount services to which i disagreed and called by sales executive and then he lodged some complaint. Immediately i got a call from executive named azan last saturday and thereafter upon fixing the product he saw that there is a line which is defective and he called his senior and reported back. He wanted to change panel but i disagreed as its a new product and i wanted replacement only. Then one person named somenath from same store contacted me same evening and after a set of heated conversation they tod me that tv will be picked next day and replaced. I waited entire day next day and nothing happened. Then yesterday i called up customer service and was surprised to see that there was no call lodged and i raised an issue myself. Today after getting a contact detail of lg was given and after much efforts i was informed that for tv replacement same will be done by reliance. The ball is being passed by reliance to lg and vice versa. Being so harassed when i called up landline of store and wanted to speak to store manager one employee named chinmoy spoke saying he wanted to resolve the issue and after checking my details he said that a panel replacement has been ordered. He spoke very rudely to which i lost my cool and reverted back. Come what may, which i will ensure that justice is done, your executives treat customer as god before billing is done and after sales service is pathetic. My sales executive bapan has stopped taking my calls and also another somenath who is in charge is not answering. Whilst i will proceed with criminal cheating case and consumer forum case tomorrow, i wanted to put this on record before such actions are taken tomorrow.
