[Resolved] Reliance Digital — malfunctional air conditioner | |||
I had bought an air conditioner worth 40000. Within 2months the complaint starts.but the customer service had attended only for 2 times. Till now the complaint was not rectified. Customer support was very poor in responding. They lagged the complaint for 1 year and left the complaint by simply saying that warranty has been expired. Now they are saying that the warranty has expired and they can't do anything. They asked us to proceed in any way.(legally). They also given a free auggestion that is contact to the air conditioner company customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
